Interior Design
Lead by Ky Drury, Studio Haus Co is a full-service Interior Design studio in Byron Bay. Merging the aesthetic and functional aspects of design, we work with our client’s to achieve a home or space that feels like them.
From full-scale new home builds & renovations through to materials selections consultations, we work organically with our clients and scale our services depending on the client or project requirements.
Our scope can include: initial concepts & mood-boarding, floor plan and layout, building selections, furniture & decor selections and interior styling.
What we do
Studio Haus Co works with our clients to elevate spaces - guiding layout, flow, aesthetic and direction. Our aim is to help you create a home that is beautiful, refined and authentic.
We work organically with our clients, projects can be scaled depending on individual requirements, budget & needs. We work on projects with varied scope — we can be involved in one stage or all.
Our technical team produces detailed floor plans, joinery drawings, electrical/lighting plans, FF&E schedules & rendered drawings for the renovations and upgrades of your space.
01 — Initial Design Consultation
Our initial meeting to discuss the project scope, budget, stages and timelines. From here, we put together a personalised fee proposal based on your unique needs.
02 — Concept & Design
Refining ideas and inspiration within the spaces. Moodboarding, spatial planning and concept development.
03 — Building & Design Details
Documentation: detailed floor plans, joinery drawings, electrical/lighting plans, FF&E schedules & rendered drawings. Materials & finishes selections.
04 — Construction
Communication with trades: builder, electrician, plumber, cabinet maker, stone mason etc. Trouble-shooting and problem solving to ensure best outcome.
Our Process
05 — Sourcing & Styling
Spatial planning and furniture selections with room moodboards. Styling and decor items as required. Product ordering & deliveries.
06 — Installation
Installation of all products, finalisation of all construction. Styling and decorative items. A completed project!
